§ 112.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, other than persons required to be licensed under the State Liquor Control Code of 1998, being Public Act 58 of 1998, M.C.L.A. §§ 436.1101 et seq., who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any licensee who shall violate any of the provisions of the State Liquor Control Code of 1998 or any rule or regulation of the State Liquor Control Commission promulgated thereunder or who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter and any person who shall prohibit or interfere with the authorized inspection by a township police officer shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
