For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. Any person duly authorized by the township to enforce the ordinances, laws and regulations of the township.
JUNK YARD. An open area where waste, used, discarded or salvaged materials are bought, sold, exchanged, bailed, packed, disassembled, handled or stored, including, but not limited to, scrap iron and other metals, paper, rags, rubber tires, bottles and including automobile wrecking yards and any area of more than 200 square feet for storage keeping or abandonment of junk but does not include uses established entirely in an enclosed building.
PERSON. Any person, employee, firm, partnership, association, company, corporation or organization of any kind.
