(A) All sidewalks hereafter constructed, repaired or replaced shall be constructed, repaired or replaced according to the specifications recommended by the Township Engineer and approved by the Township Board which shall be designated as Appendix “A” to the ordinance codified in this subchapter and is adopted by reference as if set out at length in full herein.
(B) In the absence of design standards promulgated by the Township Engineer and adopted by the Township Board, the then current State Department of Transportation Sidewalk Design Standards shall apply.
