(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) A person found guilty of a violation of §§ 96.01 through 96.22 shall be penalized as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day that a violation is continued or permitted to exist without compliance shall constitute a separate offense. The court, in lieu of any other sentence imposed, may direct a substitution of litter-gathering labor including, but not limited to, the litter connected with the particular violation, under the supervision of the court.
