If a violation of this subchapter is noted, a Code Enforcement Officer may notify the owner of record and/or the occupant of the property of the violation. The notice shall specify the violation and may specify a time within which corrective action should be completed. This notice may be served personally or by mail. A notice of violation is not required prior to issuing a uniform law citation charging the owner/occupant of the property with a violation of this subchapter.
