§ 95.03  EXCEPTIONS.
   The following shall be exceptions to the grass height maintenance requirements of this subchapter:
   (A)   The area in violation is a natural or unlandscaped area;
   (B)   The area in violation is actively used as agricultural land;
   (C)   The area in violation is part of a residential housing plat under development or land under development for sale by lot for building residential housing; and
   (D)   The area in violation is a wetland as that term is defined in the State Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, Public Act 451 of 1994, being M.C.L.A. §§ 324.101 et seq.
