§ 92.07  EXEMPTIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:
   (A)   The unamplified human voice;
   (B)   Interstate railway locomotives and cars;
   (C)   Nonstationary farming equipment;
   (D)   Aircraft in the process of landing or take-off; and
   (E)   Routine maintenance of public service utilities.
