Any person, corporation, partnership or other legal entity who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both, at the discretion of the court. Each day that the violation continues after due notice has been served in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
