§ 90.36 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   NUISANCE ANIMAL. Any non-domesticated animal that is commonly regarded as a nuisance including, but not limited to, raccoons, opossums, skunks, rats, mice, bats, muskrats and other verminous animals.
