§ 54.023  CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION.
   Information and data on a user obtained from reports, questionnaires, permit applications, permits and monitoring programs and from inspections shall be available to the DNRE and the E.P.A. without restriction and shall be available to the public without restriction unless the user specifically requests and is able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Director that the release of the information would divulge information, processes or methods of production entitled to protection as trade secrets of the user, in accord with applicable provisions of the state freedom of information act, Public Act 442 of 1976, being M.C.L.A. §§ 15.231 et seq., as amended and Rule 323.2314 of the Part 23 Rules promulgated under the State Act.
