§ 54.015  PERMIT OR AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge to the waters of the state within the township, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the township and/or to the sewage works, any wastewater except as provided by an NPDES permit and/or as authorized by the township and the YCUA in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
