§ 53.999  PENALTY.
   Any person, corporation, partnership or other legal entity who shall violate or fail to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof may be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the court.
