§ 51.08  UTILITY COUNT OF EMPLOYEES.
   The employees or agents of the water utility and the employees or agents of the County Public Health Department, as may be designated from time to time by the Supervisor or the Township Board, shall be the persons authorized to inspect and enforce this chapter and shall be defined as the authorized inspection agency.
