(A) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate or fail to comply with any provision of this code, other than § 50.05, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day that the violation continues after due notice has been served in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate or fail to comply with § 50.05 shall be liable for a civil infraction and shall be assessed the following civil fines:
(1) For the first violation, a fine as determined by the comprehensive fee schedule; and
(2) For the second or subsequent violation, a fine as determined by the comprehensive fee schedule.
