(A) License required. All solid waste shall be collected from persons or property within the township only by a person licensed as a solid waste hauler by the township. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate as a solid waste hauler in the township without first obtaining a license as herein provided.
(B) Interference with collection. It shall be unlawful for any person other than township street and alley cleaners, licensed solid waste haulers or other authorized persons to interfere with solid waste placed in the streets, alleys and public places of the township for collection by licensed solid waste haulers, or to interfere in any way with solid waste receptacles in the township.
