For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMUNICATION DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM. Includes broadcast antennae for wireless telephone, AM and FM, microwave and television systems.
COMMUNICATIONS TOWER. A structure, 35 feet or higher, that is intended for transmitting, receiving or relaying television, radio, telephone or other communications.
