The purpose of this subchapter is to permit large-scale, one-family residential subdivisions to be planned as a single unit by allowing certain modifications to be made to the area and height regulations stated for one-family residential districts in § 154.020(D), providing such developments meet the provisions and requirements stated below in § 154.106.
