The rates and charges set forth in the village's electric rate schedules shall be increased by an amount equal to the excise (kilowatt-hour) tax imposed on the village's electric distribution system under R.C. § 5727.81. The increase shall become effective with the bills rendered on or after April 15, 2002, and shall thereafter be automatically adjusted to reflect any change in the kilowatt-hour tax imposed by R.C. § 5727.81.
