§ 51.02  AUXILIARY ELECTRIC GENERATORS; RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   The Village Administrator or the electrician on duty at the time that the normal supply to the electrical system of the village is disrupted, for any reason or cause, shall have the exclusive and primary responsibility to place the auxiliary electric generators into service to supply power to the essential facilities and services of the village.
   (B)   The Administrator shall have the exclusive responsibility to service and maintain such auxiliary generators on a periodic schedule, including the operation and testing of such generators at least once each month.
   (C)   The Administrator shall maintain a record of the service performed to such auxiliary generators, including the date and time that such generators are inspected and tested each month. Such record shall be subject to the inspection of Council on request.
