§ 51.01  RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   Pursuant to the authority of R.C. § 735.273, the Village Administrator shall adopt such rules and regulations as he or she deems necessary for the administration of electric rates and services. No person shall violate or fail to comply with any of such rules and regulations.
