§ 50.05  ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION OF SANITATION CHARGES.
   All charges for sanitation services shall become due and payable at the same time as charges for water services. If charges for sanitation services are not paid when due, such delinquent charges shall be certified to the appropriate County Auditor to be collected in the same manner as provided in R.C. § 743.04 for the assessment of water charges.
