(A) The billings for services of the Water and Sewer Departments shall be made on a monthly basis, based upon monthly readings for actual usage. Such billings shall include billing for sanitation services, pursuant to a village contract.
(B) The provisions of division (A) hereof shall be effective for any and all billings made on or after July 1, 1988.
(C) The billings regulated in this section shall otherwise be in accordance with the terms and conditions for such billings as have been or may hereafter be established by ordinance.
