§ 50.03  RECORDS.
   The Village Fiscal Officer shall permanently maintain a separate ledger in which the names of those customers making a security deposit shall be entered and the date thereof.  The Village Fiscal Officer shall also enter into such ledger the date the security deposit is refunded to the customer or applied to an unpaid account pursuant to this chapter, upon discontinuance of utilities services. Each customer shall be required to affix his or her signature on a line opposite the entry of his or her security deposit upon the refund of such deposit by the Village Fiscal Officer.
