§ 153.100  WITHHOLDING OF PUBLIC SERVICES.
   The village shall withhold all public services of any nature, including the maintenance of streets and the furnishing of sewage facilities and water service, from all subdivisions which have not been approved and from all areas dedicated to the public which have not been accepted by the Planning Commission and Council in the manner prescribed in these Subdivision Regulations.
