No permit required for any work in connection with any subdivision shall be issued until the plat therefor has been approved and recorded as prescribed in these Subdivision Regulations and until house numbers have been assigned by the village. Such house numbers shall be placed on each unit in a conspicuous location acceptable to the Post Office Department.
