§ 153.098  SALES PROHIBITED PRIOR TO TENTATIVE APPROVAL.
   No person proposing to make or having made a subdivision within the territorial jurisdiction of these Subdivision Regulations shall make any contract for the sale of, or offer to sell, a subdivision or any part thereof, or proceed with any construction work on the proposed subdivision, including grading, which may affect the arrangement of streets, until such person has obtained from the Planning Commission and Council tentative approval of the proposed subdivision.
