§ 153.096  CONSULTATIONS OF SUBDIVIDER WITH VILLAGE.
   It is recommended that the subdivider or his or her engineer consult with the Village Administrator while a subdivision plan is still in sketch form and before the preliminary plat is prepared, to acquaint himself or herself with village ordinances, planned projects and performance bond and contract requirements.
