§ 153.095  RESPONSIBILITIES OF PLANNING COMMISSION AND ADMINISTRATOR.
   These Subdivision Regulations shall be administered and enforced by the Planning Commission and the Village Administrator. Such rules and procedures as are necessary to carry out the provisions of these Subdivision Regulations may be adopted by the Commission and the Administrator.
