§ 153.078  WATER SUPPLY; FIRE HYDRANTS.
   (A)   A water supply serving all lots in a subdivision is hereby required.
   (B)   Where a public water supply is available, as determined by the village, every lot in the subdivision shall be provided with a connection thereto at the expense of the subdivider.
   (C)   Where a public water supply is not available, as determined by the village, the subdivider shall construct wells or another private system, subject to approval by the village or the county agency having jurisdiction.
   (D)   Fire hydrants shall be installed in all subdivisions at all street intersections and other points at intervals of not more than 600 feet.
   (E)   Materials and specifications for the design and construction of water supplies and fire hydrants, as required by this section, shall be in conformity with the current specifications on file in the office of the Village Engineer.
