The Village Administrator shall notify the subdivider of the decisions of the Planning Commission and Council, by mail, within five working days after the date of such action. The subdivider is then required to record the plat with the County Recorder within 90 days. If such recording is not made within 90 days, the approval shall become void and reapplication must be made.
