(A) At its meeting, the Planning Commission shall review the final plat for conformity with the preliminary plat and all other requirements of these Subdivision Regulations. If the plat is found to meet such requirements, the Commission shall approve the plat and recommend its approval by Council.
(B) Within 30 days after receipt of the final plat, Council shall approve the plat. The subdivider shall accompany such submission with evidence that all improvements have been completed to the satisfaction of the Village Administrator or shall post a bond for 100% of the cost of such improvements pending the completion thereof.
