§ 153.019  TIME LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   A preliminary plat not acted upon by the Planning Commission within 60 calendar days after the date of submission shall be considered approved as submitted.
   (B)   The approval of the preliminary plat shall be valid for not more than two years.
