§ 150.15  PLAN AND STATEMENT REQUIRED.
   No wall, structure, building or part thereof shall hereafter be built, erected, enlarged or altered in the village until duplicate copies of a plan of the proposed work, together with a statement of the materials to be used, have been submitted to the State or the County Building Department, according to their respective areas of jurisdiction. If such plan is in accordance with this Building Code, the same shall be approved by such agencies by the members endorsing their approval thereon and signing their names thereto. Thereupon, the agency shall issue a permit for the proposed construction. A pencil drawing, plan or blueprint shall be submitted showing the size of the proposed structure and the character or kind of materials to be used therein, including a plan view, elevation view, cross section view, and electrical, heating, venting and air conditioning plan, all to scale. In the case of all commercial and industrial plans and blueprints, such must be sealed by an architect or professional engineer, registered with the State of Ohio.
