§ 34.03  WORKWEEK; OVERTIME.
   (A)   (1)   The standard work week for village employees shall be 40 hours per calendar week, unless otherwise provided. The Administrator shall report to the Finance Committee of Council, on a monthly basis, the amount of overtime paid in cash. The provisions hereof shall not apply to snow and ice removal.
      (2)   Overtime shall be based on actual hours worked in each 40 hours workweek.
   (B)   The standard work week for all employees of the Village Police Department shall be 40 hours per calendar week and each employee shall be paid overtime in accordance with Section 3.02 of the Village Personnel and Procedure Manual.
   (C)   No part-time village employee shall be permitted to regularly work 25 or more hours per week unless Council allocates funds to provide for the cost of coverage of health insurance for the particular part-time employee.
