§ 34.02 BONDS.

   (A)   The following officers and employees of the village are hereby required to post fidelity bonds for the faithful performance and execution of their duties as follows:

      (1)   The Mayor, $5,000;

      (2)   The Administrator, $5,000;

      (3)   The Director of Taxation, $25,000; and

      (4)   The Police Dispatcher-Court Bailiff and Clerk, $5,000.

   (B)   All other officers and employees of the village shall be covered by a blanket bond in the amount of $2,500 each.

   (C)   The premiums for all of the bonds required by divisions (A) and (B) hereof shall be paid by the village from such funds as Council, from time to time, determines.
