§ 34.01  APPROVAL OF COUNCIL REQUIRED FOR EMPLOYMENT ACTIONS.
   No person shall be hired by the village, and no employee of the village shall be promoted or receive a change in compensation without such hiring, promotion or change in compensation being first approved by Council, except as this Council may otherwise provide by ordinance or as may be otherwise provided by law.
