(A) Employees of the Water Department shall qualify according to job description and shall be compensated in such manner and from such funds, as determined from time to time by Council.
(B) The payroll for each pay period shall be the actual hours of work performed each day within the Department, as determined by the Village Administrator and supervisory personnel, and the appropriate fund shall be charged accordingly.
(C) The head of the Department shall receive additional compensation, as determined by Council, for acquiring and maintaining a Class I Water Treatment License.
