(A) The Administrator is authorized to hire a Technical Advisor to supervise the operation of the pumping stations and lagoons at the municipal sewage works. (Ord. 20-66, passed 8-16-66)
(B) The compensation of the Technical Advisor shall be payable in monthly installments, from the Sewer Fund. The Technical Advisor shall not be deemed an employee of the village for purposes of Public Employees Retirement System contributions and is not entitled to other miscellaneous benefits which normally accrue to village employees.
