(A) Employees of the Sewer Department shall qualify according to job description and shall be compensated, as determined from time to time by Council, from the Sewer Department Fund.
(B) The payroll for each pay period shall be the actual hours of work performed each day within the Department, as determined by the Village Administrator and supervisory personnel, and the appropriate fund shall be charged accordingly.
(C) The head of the Department shall receive an additional 10% of compensation, in addition to the base amount of compensation.
(D) The head of the Department shall receive further additional compensation, as determined by Council, for acquiring and maintaining a Class I Water Treatment License.
