(A) Employees of the Electric Department shall qualify according to job description and shall be compensated, as determined from time to time by Council.
(B) The payroll for each pay period shall be the actual hours of work performed each day within the Department, as determined by the Village Administrator and supervisory personnel, and the appropriate fund shall be charged accordingly.
