§ 32.057  PREPARATION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
   The Richland County Growth Corporation is hereby authorized, in consultation with the officials of the village, to prepare a plan for industrial, commercial, distribution and research development for the village, in accordance with the powers prescribed in R.C. § 1724.10, and to submit such plan to Council.
