(A) Ambulance services. The rates to be charged for services rendered by the Ambulance Division to persons within the area of operation shall be as follows:
(1) Basic Life Support (BLS) Service: $568.00
(2) Advanced Life Support 1 (ALS1) Service: $775.00
(3) Advanced Life Support 2 (ALS2) Service: $1,084.00
(4) Trip mileage charge per loaded mile: $14.20

(B) Charges for transient vehicle fires.
(1) The rate to be charged by the village for services rendered by the Fire Division to any nonresident owner of any vehicle for which a fire service call is made with regard to such vehicle shall be $250 for each occurrence.
(2) The secretary of the Fire Division shall, within ten days after rendition of the services set forth in division (B)(1) above, forward a statement setting for the charges for such services, to the owner of the vehicle which was the object of such services. Funds derived from such services rendered shall be paid into the Operation and Maintenance Fund of the Fire Division.
