§ 32.023  USE OF FIRE SIREN DURING WEATHER EMERGENCIES.
   (A)   Council hereby authorizes the use of the fire siren to warn inhabitants of the village of impending danger from tornado and/or winds of unusually high velocity.
   (B)   The ranking police officer on duty and the member of the Fire Department in charge when an advanced warning or notice of impending danger from tornado or high wind is received, shall, jointly and individually, have the duty and obligation to promptly sound the fire siren one prolonged blast of not less than three minutes in duration and, at a subsequent time, to sound the all-clear which shall be one continuous blast of one minute in duration.
