No person shall receive fire and/or EMT training, at the expense of the village, unless the person shall first agree, in writing, to reimburse the village, on a pro rata basis, for the cost of the training, in the event such person serves the village in such capacities for a period of less than two years. Such costs as are reimbursable shall include the fire school costs and materials and the Basic EMT School costs and materials.
