§ 111.01  CLOSING HOURS.
   No owner, agent, employee or keeper of a pool room or billiard room in the village, or a place of business in the village that contains a pool room or billiard room or one or more pool tables or billiard tables, shall keep such place open or conduct any business therein between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
