§ 110.06  REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   (A)   Permits issued under this subchapter may be revoked by the Police Department or the Chief of Police for the following reasons:
      (1)   Fraud or misrepresentation contained in the registration;
      (2)   Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements made in the course of conducting the activity;
      (3)   Violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter or of this Code or of any state or federal law;
      (4)   Conducting the business in an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to constitute a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public;
      (5)   The permittee ceases to possess the qualifications and character required in this subchapter for the original registration.
   (B)   The revocation of a permit shall be in addition to any penalty provided in § 110.99 or any other penalty that may be imposed upon the permittee.
