§ 110.01  APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER.
   The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to officers or employees of the village, county, state or federal government, or any subdivision thereof, when on official business; nor to any person who sells or offers to sell agricultural products of his or her own raising or merchandise of his or her own manufacture.
