§ 98.36  SHADE TREE PLAN FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS.
   (A)   Any new street developed by a private developer and dedicated to the village shall have Street Tree Plan approved by the Shade Tree Commission. As an alternative, the developer may permit the Commission to develop the Street Tree Plans, in either case the cost of all trees is to be paid by the developer.
   (B)   A bond shall be posted by the developer, the amount of which shall be determined by the Commission, with Council's approval, for future implementation of the Street Tree Plan. This requirement shall be added to the list of subdivision requirements.
