(A) No owner or occupant of abutting lands shall fail to keep the sidewalks, curbs or gutters in repair and free from snow, ice or any nuisance. No such person shall fail to remove snow and/or ice from the sidewalks within a reasonable period after the cessation of a storm. Failure to remove the same within 12 hours after the cessation of a storm shall be deemed prima-facie unreasonable.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
