(A) The office or position of Manager and Assistant Manager of the Plymouth Municipal Swimming Pool are hereby created, which office shall be filled by appointment by the Village Administrator.

(B) The duties of the Manager and Assistant Manager shall be to manage and take care of the swimming pool at Mary Fate Park. The management duties include: to collect, reconcile, and deposit the money the same day of collection. The same to managed and conducted in as safe and efficient manner. For each daily bank deposit, a deposit slip shall be prepared along with copies of the accounting paperwork, which shall be filed daily with the Village Fiscal officer or his or her designee.
